After taking numerous classes for pastry & desserts, I discovered that when I am decorating cakes is when I am most fulfilled. I've also taken specific cake decorating technique classes from Nick Lodge, Bronwen Weber, and Collette Peters...just to name a few. I taught the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating for a number of years, and I served as the President of the Queen City Cake Decorating Club located in Cincinnati, Ohio for three years.
