After taking numerous classes for pastry & desserts, I discovered that when I am decorating cakes is when I am most fulfilled. I've been a Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Instructor for a number of years, and I currently serve as the President of the Queen City Cake Decorating Club located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
